Why YoGa?

Yoga is about so much more than the poses. It’s an opportunity to learn your body, explore mindful alignment, and cultivate self-care through intentional movement. Yoga supports growth in body, mind, and spirit, meeting you exactly where you are.
Every body is beautifully different, and yoga can be modified to honor your unique needs and abilities. This practice is about connection, awareness, and progress — not perfection. Come experience a class and discover what yoga can offer you beyond the mat.

Many people think: “yoga isn’t for them.” All, “those poses look so hard.” There is, “no way they could ever do any of that.” I am, “just not flexible enough.”

Drop-ins always welcome.

Molalla Cutting Edge Fitness you must come during staffed hours to be added as a drop in. Pricing starts at $10. This means Fridays office opens up at the time we start so you will be a few min late to class and Tuesdays office closes at 5:30 so you would need to arrive before then and hang out till class starts. Hope to get to flow with you!

Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive energy healing practice that supports the body’s natural ability to restore balance and regulate the nervous system. In a session, you’re invited to slow down, rest, and receive—something many of us don’t allow ourselves to do very often.

People book Reiki for many reasons. Some are feeling stressed, overwhelmed, or burned out. Others are navigating emotional transitions, healing from past experiences, struggling with sleep, or simply feeling “off” and looking to reconnect with themselves. Reiki can help create a sense of calm, clarity, and groundedness—often leaving clients feeling lighter, more relaxed, and more centered.

From a science-based perspective, deep relaxation activates the parasympathetic nervous system (our “rest and digest” state). When the body feels safe and relaxed, stress hormones decrease, breathing slows, and the body can shift toward healing and regulation. Reiki supports this state by encouraging stillness, presence, and mindful awareness.

Each session is unique. Some people experience deep relaxation, warmth, tingling, emotional release, or insight. Others simply enjoy the quiet and rest. There’s no right or wrong way to experience Reiki—your body takes what it needs.

Reiki isn’t about fixing you—because you’re not broken. It’s about supporting balance, self-awareness, and your body’s own wisdom.
